Do you keep any of my personal information with you even after dispatching my order? How can I be sure that my information is secure and wont be shared with anyone?

Can I cancel my order once I have placed it and how?

Are the software free of cost or we are required to pay any hidden cost?

Yes, both the software Business Card Designer and Label Design Studio are totally free of cost and there are no hidden charges of any sort. You are just required to download the software at your system and there is no need to pay for single penny for the software.

Can I give you my own designs?  

Yes, you can give your own design by using our software from advanced design or you also have an option to upload your self created design. The designs should be as per the specifications mentioned on the Upload page.
